Mr. Liao is a senior partner of OceanIQ Partners, the venture capital investment arm of OceanIQ Group, in which he is an equity member . Mr. Liao was chairman and group president of Asia Pacific operations at Lam Research, a Fortune 500 and semiconductor processing equipment company. He has been a major contributor to the global product development, strategic planning, and growth and success of Lam’s multi-billion dollar Asia Pacific business. He currently serves on the board for Amkor Technology and Photronics Inc.
